This apartment (built in 1988) was organized lengthwise: living area at the front and sleeping area at the back.

In the new floor plan, the house is organised in width: living on the long, sunny side near the water, entrance and sleeping on the other side.

The long sight lines and the circulation around the wet core give the compact apartment a very spacious character.

The apartment has a very low ceiling, but the light cast floor and the teak cupboard walls still give the large surface area beautiful proportions.
