This trapezoidal shaped house was designed on existing foundations.

 

Below, partly in the foundations, are the cooler private living areas and the kitchen.

Above this, under a large canopy (originally covered with straw and designed solely as sun protection), is a roof terrace and a sheltered panoramic pavilion.

From the roof terrace the coast, 500 m away, is visible.

 

The local materials and the simple construction method give the house an remarkable atmosphere.
