Apartment JHM, Amsterdam Beatrixpark, 2015
This double apartment on the first floor of a municipal monument by architect Warners from 1956 was designed by the Premsela office in the early 1990s.
On the side of the Beatrix Park was the sleeping area, the living area was on the other side, between the strips of buildings.

The assignment was to make the apartment suitable for a family with four children.
In the new layout, all living spaces are oriented towards the park environment.
Characteristic of the building and of Warners' architecture are the colored balconies on the park side.
This color scheme inspired the further choice of color and materials
